Farm kitchen classes provide a fun way to spend time with friends while learning traditional kitchen skills. I prefer working with a group no larger than four participants. This ensures everyone receives individual attention in each class.
Below is a listing of classes I am currently offering.
Cost per class is 125$ for classes of two - four participants
200$ for a private class of one

Join me for a hands-on sourdough baking class and learn to create delicious loaves of bread using natural fermentation. The classes will be held in my farm kitchen and last approximately 2 1/2 hours.
Preserving jam is a great way to learn basic canning principles. I offer this biscuit and jam class when strawberries and peaches are in season locally. What goes better with jam than biscuits? So, we'll make biscuits from scratch while the jam is cooking.
Want to learn how to make a pizza with a thin, crispy crust and deliciously fresh tomato sauce? I have been making pizza from scratch for years, and I do not want to brag, but... (lol). This class will be fun and informative for adults and children ages 12 and up.
Scratch Made Pasta using our farm-fresh eggs. It is easier than you think once you learn the technique.
I will teach you how to straight fettucini noodles and stuffed ravioli.
I'm happy to help you improve your cooking skills with farm-fresh ingredients. We can discuss what you would like to learn to cook, and I will customize the class to your needs. The price for this class depends on the menu you want to create.
Some ideas for classes include braising & roasting meats, soups, and stews.
